Our process is based on the 4D model — Discover, Design, Develop, and Deliver. Each phase has clear goals, milestones, and review points to ensure smooth execution and measurable outcomes.

Project Phases:

• Discover: Understanding learning objectives, audience needs, and project requirements.
• Design: Creating storyboards, user flows, and visual direction aligned with instructional strategy.
• Develop: Building interactive content, integrating media, and performing internal QA reviews.
• Deliver: Final deployment in SCORM, xAPI, or HTML5 format along with documentation and support.

Throughout the project, we use agile sprints for iterative feedback and progress tracking. Regular client reviews ensure alignment and continuous improvement from concept to completion.
